Chinese Recipes - Steamed Minced Pork Recipe
Ingredients
450 g/1lb minced (ground) pork
5 ml/1 tsp corn-flour (cornstarch)
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp salt
10 ml/2 tsp soy sauce
Method:
Mix the pork with the remaining ingredients and spread the mixture flat in a shallow ovenproof dish.
Place in a steamer over boiling water and steam for about 30 minutes until cooked. Serve hot.
