Chinese Pork and Ham Recipes - Steamed Minced Pork Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450 g/1lb minced (ground) pork

  • 5 ml/1 tsp corn-flour (cornstarch)

  • 2.5 ml/1/2 tsp salt

  • 10 ml/2 tsp soy sauce


Method:

  1. Mix the pork with the remaining ingredients and spread the mixture flat in a shallow ovenproof dish.

  2. Place in a steamer over boiling water and steam for about 30 minutes until cooked. Serve hot.
