Ingredients

450 g/1lb lean pork, cubed

120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup soy sauce

120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup rice wine
or dry sherry

15 ml/1 tbsp brown sugar
Method:

Mix together all the ingredients and place in a
heatproof bowl.

Steam on a rack over boiling water
for about 1 1/2 hours until cooked through.
