Chinese Pork and Ham Recipes - Steamed Pork Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450 g/1lb lean pork, cubed

  • 120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup soy sauce

  • 120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup rice wine or dry sherry

  • 15 ml/1 tbsp brown sugar


Method:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients and place in a heatproof bowl.

  2. Steam on a rack over boiling water for about 1 1/2 hours until cooked through.
