Chinese Rice Recipes - Chicken Liver Rice Recipe
Ingredients

225g/1 cup long-grain rice
-
375ml/1 1/2 cups chicken
stock
-
salt
-
2 cooked chicken livers,
thinly sliced
Method:
-
Place the rice
and stock in a large pan and bring to the boil.
-
Cover and simmer
for about 10 minutes until the rice is almost
tender.

Remove the lid
and continue to simmer until most of the stock has
been absorbed.
-
Season to taste
with salt, stir in the chicken livers and heat
through gently before serving.
