Chinese Rice Recipes - Fried Rice with Bacon and Egg Recipe

Ingredients

  • 45ml/3 tbsp peanut oil

  • 225g/8oz bacon, chopped

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 3 eggs, beaten

  • 225g/8oz cooked long-grain rice


Method:

  1. Heat the oil and fry the bacon and onion until lightly browned.

  2. Add the eggs and stir-fry until the eggs are almost cooked.

  3. Add the rice and stir-fry until the rice is heated through.
