Chinese Recipes - Fried Rice with Bacon and Egg Recipe
Ingredients
45ml/3 tbsp peanut oil
225g/8oz bacon, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
3 eggs, beaten
225g/8oz cooked long-grain rice
Method:
Heat the oil and fry the bacon and onion until lightly browned.
Add the eggs and stir-fry until the eggs are almost cooked.
Add the rice and stir-fry until the rice is heated through.
