Chinese Rice Recipes - Fried Rice and Peas Recipe
Ingredients

30ml/2 tbsp peanut oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

5ml/1 tsp salt
-
350g/12oz cooked long-grain
rice
-
225g/8oz blanched or frozen
peas, thawed
-
4 spring onions, chopped
-
30ml/2 tbsp finely chopped
fresh parsley
Method:
-
Heat the oil and
fry the salt and garlic until lightly browned. Add
the rice and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the peas,
onions and parsley and stir-fry for a few minutes
until heated through. Serve hot or cold.
