Chinese Rice Recipes - Pork Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 45ml/3 tbsp peanut oil

  • 3 spring onions, chopped

  • 100g/4oz roast pork, diced

  • 350g/12oz cooked long-grain rice

  • 30ml/2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2.5ml/1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 eggs, beaten


Method:

  1. Heat the oil and stir-fry the spring onions until translucent. Add the pork and stir until coated with oil.

  2. Add the rice, soy sauce and salt and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

  3. Add the eggs and fold in until they begin to set.
