Chinese Rice Recipes - Pork and Prawn Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients

45ml/3 tbsp peanut oil
-
2 spring onions, chopped
-
100g/4oz roast pork, diced
-
350g/12oz cooked long-grain
rice
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp salt
-
225g/8oz peeled prawns
-
50g/2 oz Chinese leaves,
shredded

45ml/3 tbsp soy sauce
Method:

Heat the oil and
fry the salt and spring onions until lightly
browned.

Add the rice and
stir-fry to break up the grains. Add the pork and
stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the prawns,
Chinese leaves and soy sauce and stir-fry until
heated through.
