Chinese Rice Recipes - Pork and Prawn Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 45ml/3 tbsp peanut oil

  • 2 spring onions, chopped

  • 100g/4oz roast pork, diced

  • 350g/12oz cooked long-grain rice

  • 2.5ml/1/2 tsp salt

  • 225g/8oz peeled prawns

  • 50g/2 oz Chinese leaves, shredded

  • 45ml/3 tbsp soy sauce


Method:

  1. Heat the oil and fry the salt and spring onions until lightly browned.

  2. Add the rice and stir-fry to break up the grains. Add the pork and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

  3. Add the prawns, Chinese leaves and soy sauce and stir-fry until heated through.
