Chinese Rice Recipes - Rice with Peas Recipe
Ingredients
Method:
-
Place the rice
and stock in a large pan and bring to the boil.
-
Add the peas,
cover and simmer for about 20 minutes until the rice
is almost tender.
-
Remove the lid
and continue to simmer until most of the liquid has
been absorbed.
-
Cover and leave
to stand off the heat for 5 minutes then serve
sprinkle with soy sauce.
