Chinese Recipes - Salmon Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
30ml/2 tbsp peanut oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 spring onions, chopped
50g/2oz salmon, chopped
75g/3oz spinach, chopped
150g/5oz cooked long-grain rice
Method:
Heat the oil and fry the salt and garlic and spring onions for 30 seconds.
Add the salmon and fry for 1 minute. Add the spinach and fry for 1 minute.
Add the rice ad stir-fry until heated through and well mixed.
