Chinese Rice Recipes - Salmon Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 30ml/2 tbsp peanut oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 2 spring onions, chopped

  • 50g/2oz salmon, chopped

  • 75g/3oz spinach, chopped

  • 150g/5oz cooked long-grain rice


Method:

  1. Heat the oil and fry the salt and garlic and spring onions for 30 seconds.

  2. Add the salmon and fry for 1 minute. Add the spinach and fry for 1 minute.

  3. Add the rice ad stir-fry until heated through and well mixed.
