Chinese Recipes - Slow Boat Rice Recipe
Ingredients
225g/1 cup long-grain rice
5ml/1 tsp salt
15ml/1 tbsp oil
750ml/3 cups water
Method:
Wash the rice then place it in an ovenproof dish with the salt, oil and water.
Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 120C/250F/gar mark 1.2 for about 1 hour until all the water has been absorbed.
