Chinese Rice Recipes - Smoked Ham Rice with Stock Recipe
Ingredients

30ml/2 tbsp peanut oil

3 egg, beaten

350g/12oz cooked long-grain
rice
-
600ml/2 1/2 cups chicken
stock
-
100g/4oz smoked ham,
shredded
-
100g/4oz bamboo shoots,
sliced
Method:
-
Heat the oil then
pour in the eggs. When they begin to set, add the
rice and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the stock and
ham and bring to the boil. Simmer or 2 minutes then
add the bamboo shoots and serve.
