Chinese Rice Recipes - Smoked Ham Rice with Stock Recipe

Ingredients

  • 30ml/2 tbsp peanut oil

  • 3 egg, beaten

  • 350g/12oz cooked long-grain rice

  • 600ml/2 1/2 cups chicken stock

  • 100g/4oz smoked ham, shredded

  • 100g/4oz bamboo shoots, sliced


Method:

  1. Heat the oil then pour in the eggs. When they begin to set, add the rice and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

  2. Add the stock and ham and bring to the boil. Simmer or 2 minutes then add the bamboo shoots and serve.
