Heat the oil and
fry the onion and bacon until lightly browned.
Add the ham and
chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the prawns,
soy sauce, wine or sherry, salt , pepper and
corn-flour and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the rice and
stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the eggs, mushrooms and
peas and stir-fry for 2 minutes until hot.
