Chinese Rice Recipes - Steamed Oven Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 225g/1 cup long-grain rice

  • 5ml/1 tsp salt

  • 450ml/2 cups water


Method:

  1. Place the rice, salt and water in a casserole dish, cover and bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F/gar mark 4 for about 30 minutes.
