Method:

Slash the fish
diagonally a few times on each side. Dip in the
beaten eggs then toss in the flour to coat
completely. Shake off any excess.

Heat the oil and
deep-fry the fish for about 10 to 15 minutes
until cooked. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with
lemon.
