Chinese Seafood Recipes - Prawn Foo Yung Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, beaten

  • 45ml/3 tbsp corn-flour

  • 225g/8oz peeled prawns

  • 100g/4ox mushrooms, sliced

  • 5ml/1 tsp salt

  • 2 spring onions, chopped

  • 45ml/2 tbsp peanut oil


Method:

  1. Boat the eggs then beat in the corn-flour. Add all the remaining ingredients except the oil.

  2. Heat the nil and pour the mixture into the pan a little at a time to make pancakes bout 7.5 cm/3in across.

  3. Fry until the bottom is golden brown then turn and brown the other side.
