Prawns Curry Recipe
Ingredients

45 ml/3
tbsp groundnut
(peanut) oil

4 spring onions (scallions), sliced

30 ml/2 tbsp curry powder
-
2.5
ml/1/2 tsp salt

120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup
chicken stock
-
450 g/1lb peeled prawns
Method:
-
Heat the oil and
fry the spring onions for 30 seconds. Add the curry
powder and salt and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the
stock, bring to the boil and simmer, stirring, for 2
minutes. Add the prawns and heat through gently.
