Prawns Wontons Recipe
Ingredients

450 g/1lb peeled prawns,
chopped
-
225 g/8 oz mixed vegetables,
chopped

15 ml/1 tbsp soy sauce
-
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp salt
-
few drops of sesame oil
-
40 wonton skins
-
oil for deep-frying
Method:
-
Mix together the prawns, vegetables, soy sauce, salt
and sesame oil.

To fold the won tons, hold the skin
in the palm of your left hand and spoon a little
filling into the centre. Moisten the edges with egg
and fold the skin into a triangle, sealing the
edges. Moisten the corners with egg
and twist them together.

Heat the oil and fry the wontons a few at a time
until golden brown. Drain well before serving.
