Chinese Seafood Recipes - Quick-Fried Fish Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450g/1 lb cod fillets, cut into strips

  • salt

  • soy sauce

  • oil for deep-frying


Method:

  1. Sprinkle the fish with salt and soy sauce and leave to stand for 10 minutes.

  2. Heat the oil and deep-fry the fish for a few minutes until lightly golden.

  3. Drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle generously with soy sauce before serving.
