Sautéed Crab Meat Recipe
Ingredients

45 ml/3 tbsp groundnut
(peanut) oil

1 clove garlic, crushed
-
4 spring onions
(scallions), finely chopped
-
1 slice ginger root, minced
-
225 g/8 oz crab meat
-
45 ml/3 tbsp soy
sauce
-
15 ml/1 tbsp rice
wine or dry sherry
-
15 ml/1 tbsp wine vinegar
-
10 ml/2 tsp corn-flour
(cornstarch)
Method:
-
Heat the oil and fry the garlic, spring onions and
ginger until lightly browned. Add the crab meat and
stir-fry for 1 minute.

Mix the remaining ingredients
and stir them into the pan. Simmer, stirring, until
the sauce clears and thickens.
