Steamed Mussels Recipe
Ingredients

1.5 kg/3 lb mussels,
scrubbed and bearded
-
45 ml/3 tbsp soy sauce
-
3 spring onions
(scallions), finely chopped
Method:
-
Arrange the mussels on a rack in a steamer, cover
and steam over boiling water for about 10 minutes
until all the mussels have opened. Discard any that
remain closed.
-
Transfer to a warmed serving dish and
serve sprinkled with soy sauce and spring onions.
