Ingredients

chicken stock
-
100 g/4 oz lean pork, cut into
strips

3 stalks celery, diagonally
sliced

2 spring onions (scallions), sliced

1
bunch watercress
-
5 ml/1 tsp salt
Method:
-
Bring the stock
to the boil, add the pork and celery, cover and
simmer for 15 minutes.
-
Add the spring onions,
watercress and salt and simmer, uncovered, for
about 4 minutes.
