Chinese Stock and Soups Recipes - Tofu Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• 1.5 l/2 1/2 pts/6 cups chicken stock

• 225 g/8 oz tofu, cubed

• 5 ml/1 tsp salt

• 5 ml/1 tsp soy sauce

Method:

1. Bring the stock to the boil and add the tofu, salt and soy sauce. Simmer for a few minutes until the tofu is heated through.
