Chinese Chickens Sauce Recipes - Garlic Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • up to 1 bulb garlic

  • 2 tablespoons fat

  • stock from white cut chicken

  • salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce


Method:

  1. Very finely chop the garlic. Pound into it the hot fat skimmed from the white cut chicken stock and enough of the hot stock itself to make a sauce the consistency of thin cream.

  2. Add the salt and soy sauce.
