Ingredients
up to 1 bulb garlic
2 tablespoons fat
stock from white cut
chicken
salt to taste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Method:
Very finely chop
the garlic. Pound into it the hot fat skimmed from
the white cut chicken stock and enough of the hot
stock itself to make a sauce the consistency of thin
cream.
