Recipes - Spiced Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients

30 ml/2 tbsp groundnut
(peanut) oil
-
5 ml/1 tsp salt
-
2 cloves garlic, crushed
-
900 g/2 lb chicken wings
-
30 ml/2 tbsp rice wine or
dry sherry
-
30 ml/2 tbsp soy sauce
-
30 ml/2 tbsp tomato puree
(paste)
-
15 ml/1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Method:
-
Heat the oil, salt and garlic and fry until the
garlic turns light golden.

Add the chicken wings and
fry, stirring frequently, for about 10 minutes
until golden brown and almost cooked through.

Add
the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for about 5
minutes until the chicken is crispy and thoroughly
cooked.
