Chinese Eggs and Garnishes Recipes - Garlic-Ginger Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1-2 cloves garlic
5 thin slices fresh ginger
2-3 spring onions
3 tablespoons peanut oil
salt to taste
dash soy sauce
Method:
Skin the cloves
of garlic. Crush and chop them. Cut the ginger into
thin strips and the onions into 1 1/2-2-inch
lengths. Heat the oil.
Cook the garlic
in it till pale gold. Add the ginger and onions and
cook very gently for a few minutes. Season with salt
to taste. Sprinkle with the soy sauce.
