Chinese Recipes - Ginger-Vinegar Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon very finely chopped fresh ginger
1 teaspoon chopped spring onion
3 tablespoons malt vinegar
1 good teaspoon sugar
good pinch each salt and Ve-Tsin (M.S.G.)
dash Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon plum sauce
few shakes pepper
Method:
Blend all the above ingredients together. Turn the mixture into a sauce-boat and hand it separately. This sauce is for roast duck.
