Chinese Eggs and Garnishes Recipes - Ginger-Vinegar Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon very finely chopped fresh ginger

  • 1 teaspoon chopped spring onion

  • 3 tablespoons malt vinegar

  • 1 good teaspoon sugar

  • good pinch each salt and Ve-Tsin (M.S.G.)

  • dash Tabasco sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon plum sauce

  • few shakes pepper


Method:

  1. Blend all the above ingredients together. Turn the mixture into a sauce-boat and hand it separately. This sauce is for roast duck.
