Recipes - Wonton Dough

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (450g) all-purpose flour

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten with 1/3 cup (75ml) water


Method:

  1. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Make a well in the centre and pour in the egg mixture. Using your fingers or a spatula, draw the flour into the liquid until is has all been incorporated and the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl.

  2. Turn the dough out on to a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic.

  3. It is now ready to use.
