Pierce the chicken into pieces with a your skewer. Combine
lemon juice, soy
sauce, honey and sherry and then brush over
the chicken pieces and let stand 30 minutes.
Add
garlic, ginger, and slat after heat the oil. Make
sure add evenly the drained
chicken pieces.
Add marinade and stock
after pour off excess oil. Now you have to simmer
covered 45 minutes until it tender. Make sure your turn
the chicken pieces
twice during cooking.
Finally, remove the chicken and place on a platter.
Bring to boil after Stir
blended cornstarch and water into sauce. Serve with
lemon slices and Strain sauce and spoon over chicken pieces.
