Mushrooms
Ingredients
Method:
-
Cut the awabi
into thin slices. Drain and dry the mushrooms (stems
removed), leaving them whole.
-
Heat the oil and
fry the onion in it for 1-1 1/2 minutes. Add the awabi
and mushrooms and then the next 7 ingredients. Cook
for 2 minutes.
-
Stir the
corn-flour, blended with the water, into the mixture
and boil for 1 1/2-2 minutes. Turn into a heated dish
and serve.
