Cabbage In Cream Sauce
Ingredients

1 tbsp butter
-
1 tbsp sesame oil
-
3 spring onions, sliced

2 small Chinese cabbages,
shredded
-
salt and pepper
-
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
-
1/2 cup (125ml) light (single)
cream
-
2 tsp soy sauce
Method:

Melt
the butter with the oil in a large frying-pan. When
it is hot, add the spring onions and cabbage and
stir-fry for 3 minutes. Sprinkle over the salt,
pepper and vinegar and stir-fry for a further 3
minutes, or until the cabbage is cooked but still
crisp.

Stir
in the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring
frequently, for 4 minutes, or until the sauce comes
to the bowl. Transfer the mixture to a warmed
serving dish and serve at once.
