Heat
the oil in a large, deep frying-pan. When it is hot,
add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the
cabbage and salt and cook for 6 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
Combine the water, soy sauce and flour together
until they form a smooth paste. Stir in the sugar,
then pour the mixture into the pan. Stir-fry for 2
minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the
mixture to a warmed serving bowl. Serve at once.
