Recipes - Cucumber and Chili Recipe

Method:

Peel the
cucumber. Cut it lengthwise into four and remove the
seeds. Cut the cucumber diagonally into 1-inch
pieces.

Blend together
the vinegar and sugar. Add the crushed chili and
salt. Leave for a few minutes then pour over the
cucumber and serve.
Note: In place of the chili, 3-4 drops of Tabasco
can be used.
