Chinese Recipes - Chicken Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
250 ml/8 fl oz/1 cup chicken stock
2.5 ml/1/2 salt
5 ml/1 tsp soy sauce
15 ml/1 tbsp corn flour (cornstarch)
45 ml/3 tbsp water
Method:
Bring the stock to the boil with the salt and soy sauce.
Mix the corn flour and water to paste, stir it into the pan and simmer, stirring, until the sauce thickens.
Pour over chicken or vegetables to serve.
