Chinese Recipes - Egg Foo Yung Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
175 ml/6 fl oz/3/4 cup chicken stock
5 ml/1 tsp soy sauce
10 ml/2 tsp corn flour (cornstarch)
salt
Method:
Heat the stock with the soy sauce. Blend the corn flour to a paste with little of the stock then stir it into the mixture and season with salt.
Heat, stirring, for 1 minute then spoon over the egg foo yung.
