Marinade For Pork Recipe
Ingredients

5 ml/1 tsp
sugar
-
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp
five-spice powder
-
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp salt

pinch of
freshly ground pepper

30 ml/2 tbsp
soy sauce
-
15 ml/1 tbsp
rice wine or dry sherry
Method:

Mix together the sugar, five-spice powder, salt and
pepper and rub the mixture over pork strips. Leave
to stand for 2 hours.

Add the soy sauce and wine or
sherry and leave to stand for a further 30 minutes.
