Chili Marinade Recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic,
crushed
-
2.5 cm/1 in garlic
root, minced
-
1 spring onion,
finely chopped
-
60 ml/4 tbsp rice wine
or dry sherry
-
30 ml/2 tbsp soy sauce
-
15 ml/1 tbsp hoi sin
sauce
-
15 ml/1 tsp chili
sauce
-
15 ml/1 tbsp honey
-
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp salt
Method:
-
Mix together all the ingredients and rub over pork.
-
Leave to stand for 2 hours, then drain and cook.
-
Baste with the marinade while cooking.
