Chinese Marinades and Condiments Recipes - Hoi Sin Sauce Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

  • 120ml/1/2 cup hoi sin sauce

  • 120ml/1/2 cup water

Method:

  1. Mix together the hoi sin sauce and water and brush over chicken.

  2. Leave to stand for 2 hours, basting occasionally, then drain and cook.

  3. Baste with the marinade while cooking.
