Chinese Dips and Dressings Recipes - Mustard Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 30 ml/2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 30 ml/2 tbsp wine vinegar

  • 15 ml/1 tbsp mustard powder

  • 5 ml/1 tsp brown sugar

  • 2.5 ml/1/2 tsp sesame oil

Method:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients until well blended. Chill for several hours before using to dress cold chicken dishes.
