Ingredients

100 g/4 oz peanut
butter
-
120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup
chicken stock
-
120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup peanut
oil
-
15 ml/1 tbsp lemon
juice

15 ml/1 tbsp soy sauce
-
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp salt
-
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp chili
powder

2.5 ml/1/2 tsp sugar
Method:

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly in a
small saucepan over a low heat, stirring
continuously.

When the ingredients have all mixed
together, remove from the heat and leave to cool.

Store in the refrigerator in an air-tight jar and
stir well before using.
