Chinese Recipes - Pineapple Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
1 clove garlic, crushed
250ml/1 cup soy sauce
120ml/1/2 cup pineapple juice
60ml/4 tbsp rice wine or dry sherry
30ml/2 tbsp brown sugar
Method:
Mix together all the ingredients and pour over spare ribs.
Leave to stand for 1 hour, basting occasionally, then drain and cook.
Baste with the marinade while cooking, or use as the base for a sauce.
