Chinese Dips and Dressings Recipes - Rice Wine Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup rice wine or dry sherry

  • 60 ml/4 tbsp soy sauce

  • 5 ml/1 tsp brown sugar

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together well and serve with fried or roast chicken dishes.
