Ingredients

  • 60ml/4tbsp soy sauce

  • 30ml12tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil

  • 5ml/1 tsp salt

  • 5ml/1 tsp sugar

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together well. Pour over meat or fish.
