Ingredients

• 90 ml/6 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil

• 120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup soy sauce

1. Heat the oil to smoking point then remove from the heat.

2. Stir in the soy sauce and serve with chicken dishes.
