Chinese Sauces Recipes - Sweet and Sour Egg Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 15ml/1 tbsp sugar

  • 15ml/1 tbsp wine vinegar

  • 30ml/2 tbsp soy sauce

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and simmer, stirring, until well blended.

  2. Pour over fried eggs to serve.
